Full Service Policy

  Our full service is for those who want the beauty of a balanced, clean pool with no worries at all. 

Services Performed

Our full service is for those who want the beauty of a balanced, clean pool with no worries at all. 


This service includes cleaning debris from top and floor of pool, brush steps and swimouts, empty skimmer baskets, empty pump basket as needed, empty pool cleaner bag, test water chemistry and add chemicals to maintain proper balance. Pool covers need to be taken off prior to service.

Chemicals

Chemicals included with service: liquid chlorine, chlorine tablets, & muriatic acid.


The monthly charge does not include algaecides, conditioner, alkalinity increaser, calcium hardness, phosphate remover, & salt.

Repairs

Repairs under $100 will be performed without prior notification to keep equipment running. We will contact you for approval when there is major equipment failure.



We handle a wide range of repairs including installation of pumps, filters, lights, controllers, Wifi, electrical, plumbing, heaters, pool cleaner repair, leak detection.

Frequency of Service

The frequency of service to be provided by Aladdin Pool Service Inc. is one call per week.


Our service is based on a four week month. There will not be an extra charge for service when there is 5 weeks of service in a month.


We take the week of Thanksgiving & Christmas off to spend with our families.



October through February we may take a day off for equipment training. Extra chemicals will be added the week prior to ensure your pool stays crystal clear.

Spring Charges

Spring charges to get an average sized pool ready for swimming season are as follows;


  • Filter Cleaning/ Inspection $115.00,
  • Conditioner will be added so chlorine will hold $135.00,
  • Mineral Pack Algae Control to keep pool algae free throughout summer $115.00.


Spring charges are preformed March through May. A second filter cleaning will need to be done at the end of the swimming season.


Payment

Payments shall be made monthly.



All charges that are not paid by the 10th of the following month (40 days past due) are subject to a late charge of $25.00.



Any large repairs are due upon receipt.

We are continually attending training seminars so that we are up to date and informed with all aspects of your pool and equipment. The more knowledgeable we are the better your pool will look. 


Our goal is to have the equipment running correctly and to have your water crystal clear. Communication is the most important element of Aladdin Pool Service.
